During this consultation, we will do an initial assessment where we can go over a general overview including:

- Myology Assessment: Understanding the muscles involved in chewing and swallowing can be key to successful orthodontic treatment. We’ll conduct a myology assessment to ensure everything is functioning properly.
If you are happy to proceed with next steps, Dr Lina will proceed to collecting diagnostic information to confirm the initial findings to present a tailored treatment plan. The next steps would involve:
- Intraoral and Extraoral Photos: For a complete assessment, we will take both intraoral and extraoral photos.
- Diagnostic X-rays: We may perform diagnostic X-rays to gain a more comprehensive understanding of your dental structure and plan the most effective treatment.
- Treatment Plan Presentation: We’ll present a detailed treatment plan tailored to your needs.
